Boyendamer cheese

Ementaler type cheese it is ripened maturing cheese, produced from high quality pasteurized milk with settled fat quantity and ingredients essential for its production. It has characteristic mild sweetish- nutty taste and aromatic smell, typical for this kind of cheese. It has soft, quite elastic flesh with prominent round and oval eyes.
It is excellent as a snack, for sandwiches and starters.
