AWARD IN THE “TECHNICAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATIONS IN DAIRYING” COMPETITION

On October 17-19, 2023, the 16th Euroforum of Polish Dairying took place in Kudowa Zdrój, organized by the National Association of Dairy Farmers, the National Association of Dairy Cooperatives – Auditing Union, and the Polish Committee of the International Dairy Federation FIL/IDF. During the gala ceremony, the results were announced and medals were presented to the winners of the 31st National Evaluation of Dairy Products and the 5th Technical and Technological Innovations in Dairying Competition.

Our Cooperative was honored with a diploma and a statuette in the Technical and Technological Innovations in Dairying Competition for the application of an innovative method for controlling cheese quality criteria using NIR spectroscopy.
