Swiss – type cheese
Swiss-type cheese is ripening cheese, made of high quality pasteurized milk, with a fixed fat content, with the addition of substances necessary for its production. It is characterized by a mild sweet-nutty taste and a refined aroma, typical for this type of cheese. Its soft, quite elastic with prominent round and oval eyes. Excellent for starters, sandwiches and snacks.
