“Okrasa łamie przepisy” at OSM Giżycko

On August 24, 2019, Karol Okrasa visited the modest facilities of the District Dairy Cooperative in Giżycko. This charismatic chef and host of the culinary program “Okrasa łamie przepisy” needs no introduction to a wider audience.
The renowned chef met with OSM Giżycko employees to learn about the production methods for our products. He toured the production departments and the cheese ripening room.
Karol Okrasa arrived with a TV crew and prepared a special episode dedicated to our cheese products.
The culinary master crafted two exquisite dishes amidst the picturesque scenery of Marcinowa Wola.
