The 10 Best and Largest Dairy Cooperatives in 2024 according to the KZSM Zw. Rew. ranking

On November 24, 2025, a ceremonial meeting of dairy industry representatives was held at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, during which the largest and best Polish dairy cooperatives of 2024 were honored. The ranking was prepared by the National Association of Dairy Cooperatives, Auditing Union (KZSM Zw. Rew.).

The awards were presented by representatives of KOWR – Jan Szopinski – Deputy Director General of KOWR, ARiMR – Leszek Szymański – Deputy President of ARiMR, and the Board of KZSM Zw. Rew.

Our Cooperative took 1st place in both prestigious Rankings!

The list of the best dairies and detailed rankings were compiled based on information surveys containing data for 2024. Entities were evaluated according to the following criteria, among others:

  • volume of processed milk,
  • volume of milk collected,
  • average annual milk purchase price
  • sales revenue value
  • net profit amount
  • equity amount
  • export ratio, i.e., the share of export revenue in the total sales revenue of own production.
  • amount of capital expenditures incurred
  • volume of processed milk per employee
  • amount of the share fund per cooperative member
