“10 Best and Largest Dairy Cooperatives in 2021” and “10 Best Exporters of Dairy Products in 2021”

The list of the best dairies and detailed rankings were made on the basis of information surveys containing data for 2021. Entities were assessed according to the following criteria:

• the amount of processed milk,
• amount of collected milk,
• average annual purchase price of milk
• value of sales revenues
• 2021/2020 sales dynamics
• amount of net profit
• employment efficiency ratio, ie the value of total income per 1 employee
• net profitability ratio, ie the ratio of net profit to total revenue
• amount of equity
• growth of equity capital 2021/2020
• export ratio, ie the share of the value of revenues obtained from exports to the value of revenues from the sale of own production.
• the amount of capital expenditures incurred in 2021.
• in the amount of processed milk per 1 employee in 2021.
• dynamics of the amount of milk processed per 1 employee in 2021/2020
• the amount of the share fund per 1 member of the cooperative
